NeoHuman is built by Emergences Lab, an AI research and product company building the New School for Human x AI (AI Infra & Consumer App), an experiential learning platform for Human–AI co-training and co-evaluation.
AI usage is already tied to employee performance reviews, interviews now include live vibe coding, and people worry about being replaced by AI. However, most people don’t know how to collaborate with AI agents well, there’s nowhere to practice with real tasks & feedback, and no way to build a credible portfolio to break into the AI industry.
We build a challenge based environment to put users into realistic enterprise scenarios to collaborate with AI agents on open-ended tasks with instant eval feedback — think LeetCode × Duolingo for the AI era. Users build AI native skills and portfolios through practice & problem solving, while generating rich Human–AI collaboration traces, which we transform into agentic RL data for agents and models post-training.
